Personal Training Services

In-home Personal Training / Group Training : Suzi begins by meeting with you to discuss your health history and assesses your current fitness levels. She will help you set fitness goals and then develop a program to help you achieve those goals.

Online Training : A detailed training schedule will be customized to the client’s specific goals, time constraints and experience level. Each plan includes daily workouts, advice on strength training and all other facets of a complete training program. Weekly client/coach communication is encouraged through e-mail; so that training can continually be fine tuned, maximizing the training benefit and success. (5K through Marathon training provided.)

Desert Playground Workout (DPW) :
75 minutes of cardiovascular training, strength training and yoga poses to touch on all aspects of fitness. This is an outdoor workout  using various size rocks as weights from the spectacular desert. Bring your gloves & water.

Home Gym Designs : Suzi offers design advice and the right fitness equipment so that you will have the perfect home gym environment to be proud of. Her product insight and extensive fitness expertise will ensure you get the most from your home gym investment.
